- To the best or our knowledge and belief at the time of sale, the health and temperament of this dog is excellent. The required vaccinations and wormings are as indicated on the health records you will receive. We require the Buyer however, to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyers choice within 72 hours after receipt of the dog. We recommend you take a stool sample with you for testing at this time. If the veterinarian finds the dog to be in poor health or to have any genetic defect the dog must be immediately returned to us at the Buyers expense, for a replacement of equal value, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. Failure to see a veterinarian within 72 hours will void all guarantees.
- The Seller will guarantee this dog for up to Two (2) years against any genetic defects including hip/elbow dysphasia if they become apparent in this time period and if the dog has been proven to have been cared for appropriately with the correct diet, exercise, and prevention of stress injuries, appropriate place of residence and overall care. We strongly recommend that you have the dog Pen Hipped between the ages of 6-12 months of age before this one year period expires. Any of these defects must be confirmed by testing and x-rays by a licensed veterinarian. We will replace the dog as soon as possible with a replacement of equal value at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to request that the testing and x-rays be sent to us first for review by a board certified ternary radiologist of our choice. Should the buyer prefer to retain the said dog, the buyer thereby forfeits any replacement, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.
- We do not guarantee color, markings, ears or teeth. No dog is perfect and these items do not lessen the dogs’ ability or worth.
- Buyer understands the dog has heretofore been fed a diet of Midwestern Dog Food Products -Pro-Pac Large Breed Performance Puppy Food and strongly encourages the Buyer to continue this diet for the health and comfort of the dog. Should the Buyer elect to change this diet the Buyer understands that we cannot be held responsible for health problems associated with this dietary change. A puppy should receive a minimum of 3-4 feedings per day up to the age of six months, then a minimum of 2-3 feeding a day till the age of 18 months where upon it can be cut to 2 feedings per day. We will provide you with a one week supply of food to get you started.
- The Seller retains the right to periodically contact the Buyer and or Veterinarian in charge with progress updates of the dog for the first 24 month period following the sale of the dog to insure the dog and Buyer are both satisfied and building a healthy relationship. If news of neglect, abuse or a stressed relationship with the dog is apparent the Seller will have the right to reposes the dog immediately without refund. Under NO Circumstance is the dog to be euthanized by the buyer or any other party. The dog MUST be returned to us for evaluation! If not returned to us Criminal charges will be filled against the buyer or any responsible party.
- Buyer agrees to allow Seller the right of first refusal should the Buyer decide to sell, relinquish or transfer this dog.
- If delivery is requested by Buyer, it shall be by air fright prepaid to a designated location. Buyer is solely responsible for cost of freight charges and kennel charges in addition to the cost of the dog. If the dog is to be transported by road vehicle the Buyer will be responsible for all cost associated with this transport as well.
- All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. Failure to maintain proper contact and/or remit payment in full will result in forfeiture of said deposit. This deposit can be transferred to a different dog from this litter if available after forfeiture when mutual agreements are made.
- Breeding rights: If this puppy is to be used for future breeding, it must be bred to a pure, registered, documented, European Working Dog of similar quality breeding lines that has been medically certified fit to breed. You are required and responsible for Penn Hipping, OFA certifying of hips and elbows, and Eyes certifying prior to breeding of this dog.
- These are very high drive working dogs. They are dominant breed animals. Only exercise and work will give you the results of a great balanced, loving companion. Be it for the home or in the work place these pups have unlimited potential! It’s up to you. You need to show the pup love, but demand respect. You need to be the dominant person in this relationship!
A Deposit of $500.00 is required upon contract signing to be applied to the purchase price of $2,500.00 U.S. currency for Pick Male or Pick Female and $2,250.00 for Second Picks and $2,000.00 for all others. This signed contract and deposit must be returned as soon as possible with payment to the breeder listed above. An additional payment of $750.00 towards the remaining balance of your pup is due a week after the litter is whelped, and the balance in full is due upon pickup or prior to shipping. Wire transfers, and paypal arrangements can also be made upon request at a 4% surcharge.
